About Waldemarsudde. Prins Eugen's Waldemarsudde is one of Sweden's most popular art museums, beautifully situated on Djurgården in Stockholm. The museum consists of a main building, the Mansion, built in 1903-1905 as a residence for Prince Eugen (1865-1947), and a gallery building that was added in 1913. Architect Ferdinand Boberg.

The Parc du Mugel is located at the level of an ancient delta of a river that flowed here nearly one hundred million years ago. Located in the heart of the Calanques National Park, this river transported sand, gravel and pebbles on its way, which accumulated and welded together.

The cove is bordered by Le Parc du Mugel, a famous botanical garden. It has two neighbors: Anse du Grand Mugel (to the north) and Anse du Sec (to the south). The park is open from 1 April to 30 September from 8am to 8pm and 1 October to 31 March from 9am to 6pm ( contact the municipality of La Ciotat for more information ). Note: Mugel calanques are overcrowded in summer, particularly for swimming. When possible, take public transport to La Ciotat. Car parks are often full.
